Please note the $400 is a deposit on the cost of the Half and is not the full price. The full price will not be determined until the hanging weight is known and the cuts are completed. The full price is $4.09 per pound of hanging weight. If you are interested in ordering a half you can expect to get roughly 210-230lbs of meat. This can be higher depending on the cuts requested and if you request patties. Some questions to consider when thinking about ordering a half include: what steak cuts would you like, what roast cuts would you like, do you want patties (1/3 or 1/4 pound), how thick would you like your steaks cut, and how heavy would you like your roasts. You are not expected to have this information at the time you place a deposit, we will contact you regarding this information. After ordering you should expect to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery.
